We list below the bodies and number of members required for our association's activities as per the Law on Associations and related legislation. For more information about the missions, powers and working principles of our bodies, see the Constitution and Bylaws here.
General Assembly
Voting members hold their ordinary meeting in March once every 3 (three) years. The duties of the General Assembly include selecting the Association's bodies and changing the Constitution and Bylaws. (Articles 15 and 16 in İDHD Constitution and Bylaws)
Executive Board
The Executive Board is entitled to decide on behalf of the Association and to implement the decisions of the General Assembly, pursuant to applicable laws and the Constitution and Bylaws. (Articles 17 and 18 in İDHD Constitution and Bylaws)
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board's duties and powers include auditing the Association's budgets, accounts and transactions and reporting the findings to the General Assembly. (Articles 19 and 20 in İDHD Constitution and Bylaws)
Committees
The Executive Board can form Committees made up of Association members and specialists for the Association's purposes. These committees are arbitrary and are not among the bodies of the Association. (Article 26 in İDHD Constitution and Bylaws)
